Enclave Coworking will be hosting a free coworking day for the community at their Evanston location on May 9.

The event, hosted at their 1708 Central Street location, will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT on Thursday, and will have all Enclave’s amenities open for individuals to try out for themselves.

The event will be held in collaboration with AnitaB.org, an organization that provides women and non-binary technologists with career advancement, networking, and mentorship opportunities. The company is most-known for their annual Grace Hopper conference.

Features at each co-working space include high-speed internet, conference rooms, printer, lockers, snacks, coffee, tea, water and soft drinks, and bar service in the evenings.

All attendees during the event will receive an automatic entry into a raffle with the chance to win a free month of membership at the coworking space, and one member will win a free year of access to the coworking space.

“We are excited to host a free coworking day for the community," said Ariana Serna, who works in new market expansion for Enclave. “Whether you are a parent looking to stay close to home for pickups or an executive looking for an office nearby, we hope Evanston residents will enjoy having an elevated, productive meeting and work space right here on Central Street in Evanston.”

Enclave has a total of ten locations across Illinois, with spaces in Arlington Heights, Downers Grove, Highland Park, Naperville, Oak Park, Skokie, Elmhurst, Barrington, Evanston and Wilmette.

Enclave was founded in 2020 and caters to suburban professionals exclusively, with an emphasis on building productive workspace in suburban markets. Backed by Venture Capital firms Corazon Capital, New Stack Ventures, and Bling Capital, Enclave offers members the opportunity to work close to home, improving work-life balance.
